RETURN POLICY
Boutique Sales:
Items eligible for store credit returns must be new, unused, unworn,
in its original condition, with the tags on.
Returnable for 10 days from purchase date. Must have receipt.
Cosmetic & Skin Care:
All skin care sales are final.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with the conditions stated above.

Please note that our formulas and packaging may change from time to time as we enhance our offerings, respond to ingredient availability, or comply with updated regulations.
While we strive to keep our product descriptions and images current, the item you receive may vary slightly from what is shown on our website. We appreciate your understanding and continued support for small business.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Boston Microneedling asks clients to please give us a 24 hour notice when cancellation or rescheduling to avoid being charged for
half of your appointment price.
If you do not show up to your appointment without a call or text you will be charged 100% of your service before being allowed to book again.

Shipping, Lost & Damaged Packages
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via USPS within 48 hours, and a tracking number will be provided to you by email. All shipments automatically include insurance coverage up to $100 through the postal service.
Please note that once an order has been handed over to USPS and a tracking number has been issued, BM Skincare Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, we kindly ask that you contact your local post office to file a claim using your tracking information.
We encourage customers to double-check that their shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are unable to replace or refund orders once they are confirmed as delivered.
